Big Tent Design was engaged to renovate key spaces in an apartment, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The project involved transforming the storage room into a new laundry area, complete with a washer, dryer, and shelving for additional storage. The hall bathroom renovation included the installation of new wall and floor tiles, a new bathtub, and an upgraded exhaust fan with an electric heating element. The vanity, sink, faucet, and light fixtures were also replaced, while updated accessories such as a mirror, medicine cabinet, towel rods, and robe hooks were added. Our firm provided designs, detailed drawings, and secured the necessary permits, working closely with the contractor to ensure full adherence to the design plans. This collaborative effort resulted in a seamless transformation, creating spaces that are both more functional and visually appealing.
