Big Tent Design was engaged to develop conceptual drawings that visually communicate the core design ideas for Rehoboth House. This modern residence blends elements of a beach cottage and a Michigan North Woods lake house, thoughtfully positioned along the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal. The design integrates the natural landscape by incorporating existing trees, preserving the site’s beauty, and enhancing the connection to the surrounding environment. Inside, strategic openings capture views of the trees, while the rear deck frames expansive views of the canal, woods, and sky. The choice of materials reflects both coastal and North Woods traditions, honoring the owner’s Michigan heritage.
