This project involved converting an older retail space into a dynamic rooftop restaurant and dance studio, offering a unique venue for both dining and dancing. The renovation aimed to create a vibrant community space where people could enjoy dance classes, free-style parties, and meals in a lively, welcoming environment. The design, which covered schematic design through construction documents, seamlessly integrated dining and dance areas to maximize functionality and atmosphere. The client was thrilled with the final result, a versatile space that brings both energy and relaxation to the rooftop.
